The Pure Gold Company has been admitted as a Full Member of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), having held Affiliate Membership since February 2024.
LBMA brings together organisations involved in the global precious metals market to support the development of market standards and best practice. As an LBMA Member, The Pure Gold Company has committed to the principles of LBMA’s Global Precious Metals Code, which sets out standards for ethics, governance and business conduct in the precious metals market.
The move to Full Membership marks the next stage in The Pure Gold Company’s relationship with LBMA. It reflects the company’s activity in the London bullion market and its completion of LBMA’s requirements for Full Membership. The company will continue to engage with other Members, contribute to industry initiatives and support the ongoing development of the global precious metals market.

Commenting, Joshua Saul, CEO of The Pure Gold Company, said:
“Achieving Full Membership of LBMA is a significant milestone for The Pure Gold Company and a reflection of our commitment to integrity, transparency and being a trusted UK gold dealer.
“Full Membership gives us the opportunity to play a more active role in LBMA and the wider precious metals market.
“Full Membership also means we can now offer customers the ability to buy silver bullion without paying VAT while it remains in storage through LBMA’s Tradeable Marketable Ownership framework. Previously, this required the metal to be held in bonded vaults outside the UK, so this is a significant development for our customers.
“We’re proud of the recognition the business has received, from being named one of The Sunday Times’ fastest-growing companies and a FEBE 100 company in both 2025 and 2026, to being recognised by Spears as a top brokerage for three consecutive years.”
Ruth Crowell, LBMA CEO added: “We are pleased to welcome The Pure Gold Company as a Full Member of LBMA.
“Membership provides the opportunity for The Pure Gold Company to engage in consultations and working groups while contributing to the continued development of the global precious metals market. We look forward to working together to drive and develop LBMA’s strategy and essential market solutions for the future.”
